"Have a service dog. This was noted on my reservation. When checking in was asked for my dogs "service dog papers and registration number". I had to repeatedly tell them there is no such thing. Outside area tables looked like someone had vomited on them. Cigarette butts everywhere. Super drunk guy lingering around all night. Wish I knew a Hampton Inn was next door - would have stayed there."

"None of the keys worked to any rooms. All the guests were waiting outside their room unable to get in. Room/bed itself was nice though!"

"When we arrived no one was in the office even though it was within office hours. That being said when I texted the number listed in my email I heard back promptly with instructions as to how to access our room. Any further encounter with staff was very positive. The room was pleasant and very clean. A box of tissues would have been appreciated. It was very quiet and in an excellent location. Overall we were very satisfied and would return for another stay."

"The room was super clean. The whole property was fantastically clean, actually. Everyone I ran into for my entire week stay was genuinely friendly and accommodating. Important! If you smell cigarette/weed smoke in your room call the front desk immediately. They will go and investigate. When I did they went and checked it out and it stopped almost immediately (even though the folks apparently said that they were NOT smoking, lol). They were being sneaky and smoking in the bathroom. Are you crazy? No no no! Thou Shalt Not! Smelled it in the afternoon as well as like, 5:30am. Naughty-naughty! So back to the stay. Breakfast was fresh. Enjoyed the OJ and fruit most days. Pool was great. Hot tub was bubbly-bub-bub. Surrounding area was walkable with a children's park about 5-10 minutes away. Swings and all that fun stuff. Full kitchen means no need for fast food/junk food every day. Did I mention the rooms are clean as a whistle? Got to meet one of the top brass while checking out and had previously observed him actually straightening up the property. That's how you know the place is run well. I pay attention to everything. Will definitely keep this place in my faves and come back again. Had a great week!"

"My room was clean but the shower faucet was a little loose. A few stains on the bedding as well. Overall I got a good nights rest. Good for when you are just passing through and need a quick place to stay the night."

"The receptionist was very friendly. However, the room itself was stuffy with the most egregious issues being the shower and toilet. The toilet would not flush unless the tank’s chain and flapper were manually released and the shower head was faulty with very little water pressure. I stayed one night."

"There was bugs and ants found in many different parts of the room. Ventilation sucks so the room smelled bad when we the doors were closed. Doors took some force to even close."
