Poplar Estate is in a safe, friendly neighborhood within a 10 min walk to Holmes Lake. Holmes Lake offers opportunities to kayak, fish, & play volleyball, softball fields, and a 3 mile trail. Poplar has 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms; the Master has a jacuzzi tub as well. There is an electric fireplace and wood burning fireplace. We also offer a workout room with an elliptical and treadmill. Relax on the patio with a glass of wine. A firepit & grill are available. Relax & unwind!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Front & rear doors are both equipped with keyless entry. A 4 digit access code that will work for both doors will be texted to you once the booking is confirmed and confirmation of payment.
