  • Bring the whole family to this beautiful new build townhouse with lots of room for all. Tucked away in South Lincoln and in walking distance to Super Target, Dollar tree, minutes from Trader Joe's, Costco and Mall. The home is a two story, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home. It is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Bedroom #1 has a king bed, a twin with lower mattress and crib. Bedroom #2 and #3 each have a queen size bed. Enjoy a very peaceful & relaxing atmosphere.

This is a lovely place to stay. Easy access and Target nearby if you need anything. Quiet, secure neighborhood. The owner responded right away and was very kind when she found out my niece had died. If you have trouble with stairs this might not be your place because all bedrooms are on second floor. I highly recommend this rental.

We had a wonderful week in Lincoln visiting family. The villa was, super inviting, clean, and convient to everything in Lincoln. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had the necessary pots, pans and utensils for cooking meals every night during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Anna has every detail covered and makes sure everything you need is provided. It is in an excellent location with close proximity to services and also happens to be very quiet. A perfect combination you can't always find. We cannot thank her enough for a great experience.

Family Visit

Our stay was perfect! The host was available and responsive for any questions. The property inside and out was just as stated in the listing which meant we had everything we needed! The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very secure. We were within 20 minutes to everything we needed (ie restaurants, stores, downtown, shopping, entertainment, etc.). I highly recommend this property and fully intend to return for future visits!

Absolutely Wonderful !

This is the most comfortable, spacious, perfectly appointed and furnished place we've ever enjoyed. Everything is so well laid out, plenty of space for family, huge kitchen with everything we could need, beautifully decorated, plus a garage for our new vehicle. Easy access to major grocery stores and restaurants, quick travel to anywhere in town. Anna, our host, by far the best, communication within minutes, clear and concise, helpful and considerate! We look forward to our next trip to Lincoln.

Amazing place and perfect for kids

Exceeded our expectations! We were travelling with two small children and this property was perfect. They had a pack-and-play, high chair, toddler/kid bed, and even a basket of children's books! Super convenient. But yet the feel was still perfect for adults as well. We were able to get the kids to bed and watch movies as adults in the evenings. Kitchen was phenomenal as well. Excellent location right next to shopping and a Runza as well!!

What a wonderful place to stay. There were 5 adults and two kids under two. It is a very clean and inviting home. It was extremely quiet neighborhood. Target was right across the street and lots of great shopping within 10 minutes of the home. The host has so many wonderful extras that made it feel at home. Soap, shampoo, and all the kitchen supplies you could need. There is even an airfryer. We loved the foot massager after a long day at the zoo! The bedrooms are all upstairs and it was nice to put the kids to bed and be able to visit downstairs. There was also a very nice and large pack and play! The bedrooms are big and the beds are very comfortable! Bathrooms are very clean and showers and tub were great! The garage was so nice to have for loading and unloading. We highly recommend this place.
