Nice motel with exercise room and pool. Parking area is a little hit or miss especially when they allow oversized vehicles and vehicles with trailers to park sideways and take up multiple spots. Good breakfast and super nice staff.

stayed 12/12/2025 for a concert at the royal grove. it was 10/10. the man at the front desk was SO kind and welcoming. i hope he is valued as an employee because he’s doing it right. the fresh baked cookies in the lobby???? chefs kiss. the hotel was like a warm hug which was so nice to feel considering how cold it was outside. room was super clean and comfortable. breakfast was good!! free breakfast, free parking, decent nightly rate, friendly staff, good location. can’t beat it. would 100% stay again.
