Beautiful house in a beautiful location. Very quiet neighborhood. Clean with excellent amenities. Very pleasant surprise! Had a great time at the house. Excellent communication with the property owners. We would definitely stay here again. We feel very lucky to have found exactly what we needed in the perfect location.

Really quiet neighborhood, great split level house with soft sheets and thick towels! Kitchen well appointed and has a big fridge/freezer. Deck with grill and nice wooded view. Beds were super comfy! We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

The property is amazing and as advertised. A great place to stay for any type of visit to Nebraska but this review is geared more to the owner or host. None better! Cassie the Host is simply amazing and makes everything about your stay or plans to stay perfect. She cares and makes sure that your taken care on all levels. Best host we have ever had.

My friends and I came in from Omaha for a Husker game day and the hosts were so accommodating with an early check in. House was perfect and we are so grateful we had a nice and safe place to sleep at night!

What a cozy and comfortable home! We had everything we needed and more. Very well supplied. Cassie was quick to respond and resolve the tiny hicup with the access code. Everyone who stayed there felt right at home and was able to relax and enjoy one another. We had a wonderful overall experience!

We were looking for an alternative to a hotel while visiting UNL and this house was perfect. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Lincoln. Went out to pay tribute to a dear friend that passed away and he was huge Husker fan. The house was everything we wanted and had everything we needed. Immaculately clean and spacious. We loved this house and plan to be back.

Beautiful home. In town for our daughter's wedding and wanted a place for other family members to drop by for a short visit.- was perfect. Very spacious with an open plan living room, dining room, and kitchen with large windows. Patio door opens to deck. Great place for family to gather. Bedrooms nice size, comfortable, and ample closet space. Enjoyed our stay.

The home was as described in the listing. They even put up a Christmas tree that was a nice touch. Overall cleanliness was good. Bathrooms need caulk repaired. Mold growing in the joint of the tub/shower. Ceiling fans had dust collected on them. They have not been cleaned in a long time. Otherwise it worked out for our stay. For the price it was a good value.

We are a retired couple and stayed at this property for 3 months. The house is well laid out and spacious. The south facing deck offers great views while providing shade for the patio below. The yard is well maintained and a gate to the common space provides a huge space for kids to roam. Communication with the landlord was easy and excellent. We highly recommend this place!

We were very happy with the quality of the property, it is updated and very clean. It is the perfect place to stay for a football weekend. Cassie was easy to contact regarding check in, and instructions were well documented. We hope to stay again when the Gophers play the Huskers.
