Gorgeous Beachfront Suite On Second Floor - Sleeps 4 - Pool and Sauna!

Summary:

'Silence of the Clams' is what we call this gorgeous oceanfront condo. It can sleep up to four people by way of a king size bed and a sleeper sofa, has a full bathroom with walk-in shower and a full kitchen with its own dishwasher. The beach access is literally right out the oceanside window. If the weather is stormy, stay inside, enjoy the electric fireplace and watch the waves from the amazing view of the oceanside suite. Don't forget about our indoor heated saltwater pool and dry sauna!



The Space:

"Silence of the Clams" is the name of condo 219 at the Sea Gypsy. 



The condo features gorgeous upgrades such as bead-board walls and ceilings throughout, ceiling fans in both rooms to keep a nice ocean breeze flowing through and a kitchen that is adorned with beautiful glass subway tile, butcher block countertops and a high-end feel.



The oceanside suite has a new, queen-sized pullout sofa as well as a couple of comfy rocking chairs for reading and watching the waves. Enjoy the custom-built electric fireplace that puts off a cozy, ambient glow underneath the large, flat screen TV with Blu-ray DVD player.



Enjoy cooking in the stunning full kitchen, which features stainless steel appliances, and one of the few Sea Gypsy condos that has a dishwasher! This kitchen is very nicely equiped with items such as a small crockpot, hand mixer, cookware and bakeware pans so you can make all your favorite recipes during your stay. The kitchen island doubles as a dining room table with seating for four.



Down the hallway is a full-sized bathroom with a beautiful tiled walk-in shower with a glass door. We stock it with shampoo, conditioner, soap and a hair dryer so you can pack a little lighter.



The private bedroom has a comfortable new king-sized bed with dresser drawers underneath as well as a closet for hanging items so you can unpack and feel at home during your stay. There is a flat screen TV mounted to the wall as well a clock radio for your use.



Additional amenities in this condo include an iron with ironing board, binoculars, small ice chest, roasting forks for campfire use and bocci ball!



This condo is a true gem. On top of all its wonderful features, the unobstructed ocean view simply cannot be beat. If you can pull yourself away from all of its interior comforts, you can spend some time in our heated indoor salt water pool and sauna. Or make use of the two gas grills, which can be found near the pool area.



Ready for the beach? The Sea Gypsy has three beach access points, all with just a few steps down to the sand. Arguably, the best beach access in Lincoln City and the D River (which is the world's shortest) is right next to our building and features shallow areas for children to play in.

Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There you will find a key that will grant you access to our indoor, heated salt water pool and dry sauna.



This is a 2nd floor unit, there are 16 steps required to access the unit.

Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



There are three gas grills on site available for guest use. They are located next to our sparkling pool.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.
