Guests can enjoy the on-site game room. This unit is not pet friendly.

This unit is perfect for the avid reader. The comfy and cozy living room is equipped with a floor to ceiling fully stocked library of books ranging from children to adult stories and novels for you to enjoy while curled up in front of the fireplace as you watch an amazing pacific ocean sunset. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you will need to whip up your favorite family meal. The sleek oven flat top and stunning new backsplash makes you feel like you are a chef in an executive kitchen. Having two full bathrooms in the unit will have everyone in your party excited. The primary private bedroom features a luxury king size bed, convenient lighting, a second flat screen TV full-size dresser to give you all the comforts of home. The en-suite bathroom has a detached sink and vanity, which makes getting ready for your beach excursion for the day a breeze!



We are conveniently located directly across the street from the Surftides Plaza Condominiums private beach access, so getting your toes in the sand is just a short walk from your condo.

2026 Update: The pool is closed indefinitely at Surftides Plaza. We do not have an estimated time of when it will be open again. However, the Lincoln City Community Center is only four minutes away and does offer open swim times on their schedule. Visit their website to learn more.

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The game room can be accessed via a designated Property Code found in your Check-in Instructions.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Surftides Plaza Rentals manages more than 25 privately owned ocean-view condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
