This Luxury Condo is a third floor north end unit in the new Pacific Winds complex with Exceptional 'TOP OF THE WORLD' Ocean Views from the north and west windows. The Great Room design offers the advantage of Watching The Sun Rise And Set over the ocean from the Living Room, Dining and Kitchen areas.

You will appreciate comfortable yet exquisite interior design and furnishings. The Master Bedroom has a top quality King Bed. Bedroom 2 provides the flexibility of a King size Select Comfort Sleep Number bed to accommodate the varied needs of our guests. Both bedrooms have windows strategically located near the ocean so that you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves. A top quality Queen Sofa Bed located in the Great Room is available for additional guests. Careful attention was given so that every guest, no matter what bed you choose, would have a high quality relaxing and restful sleep experience.

Seaside Serenity has a Fully Equipped Gourmet Kitchen with a full array of stainless steel appliances for those who prefer to enjoy preparing their own cuisine. For the professional who just can't leave their work at home there is a Fully Equipped Desk and WIFI For Your Internet Needs.

There are also Boundless Entertainment Options! Seaside Serenity has been well equipped with several games, books, a choice of movies, large screen TV in the living room with addition TV's in the bedrooms, DVD Player, Stereo System with IPOD capability along with a Private Hot Tub located on the balcony. You also have free access to the Exercise Room, Indoor Heated Pool And Game Room located at Pacific Winds. This is a great spot! Very cozy! Feels just like you’re walking into a friends home…. Does not feel like you’re in a rental property. Super comfortable, beds were awesome and the entire place was immaculate! Beautiful view of the ocean and loved hearing the waves crashing! Definitely will stay here again!

Beautiful ocean front home, very centrally located

We would definitely stay here again! Beautiful condo overlooking the ocean! It was on the third floor, so having the elevator was a real plus! The beach access was very close as were grocery stores. Bill the owner, was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Beautiful property and very unique beach decor in this condo. The kitchen was everything and then some, as if you were at home. The view was amazing. I would stay there again.

Excellent Property. Well Equipped and clean

Very relaxing. Hot tub on the deck makes everything better! Third floor is a great location. Deck is protected from the north-to-south wind. This is an excellent condo. The owners have equipped it full of what is needed to cook meals if that is your desire.

Amazing Ocean View!

This is a lovely condo with a well-stocked kitchen for cooking too! The view is extra nice because of being an end unit, there are ocean views on two sides. Everything is well-maintained and the whole facility is peaceful and quiet. We especially enjoyed the hot tub on the deck overlooking the ocean. We had a fabulous stay and will return!

This condo has a fantastic view, great floor plan and well-equipped kitchen. The king beds are nice; the bedrooms are tight tho. For 2 couples it was comfortable. It was easy access with the elevator and no key entry.

We really enjoyed our stay, the place was very clean, cookware was very nice the view was perfect!! Very comfy. The washier needs sanitized I could not use it due to the sewage smell. Regardless we would book here again the pictures and description is spot on.

Nice view and stay

Just as described. Very nice view and everything well furnished. Just a little walk to the beach on the public sidewalk walk. Only downside is limited parking for oversized truck. Had to park in the public parking downtown which is about 150 yards away or so. Thankfully the city didn’t mind and the weather was wonderful for the walk.

Wonderful Respite by the Sea!

The condo is exactly as advertised. It was clean, easy entry, very good parking and well organized. The kitchen equipment was above standard which we really appreciated being foodies. We prepared some lovely seafood dinners and there was more than enough dishes, cutlery, pots & pans and the gas stove was a nice touch. The views are spectacular and just a short two block walk to the beach access. Our thanks to Bill for providing a very well maintained, comfortable condo. Robert, Wende & Ben

We loved our stay at this condo! Pictures cannot capture how beautiful the balcony views are in person! We did several hikes and had many adventures in the area. Having a personal hot tub on the balcony was fabulous. It was our first time to Oregon and everything was amazing. The condo was comfortable and clean, as promised. We appreciated how everything was well labeled and organized. I would recommend this place to anyone. We traveled up and down the coast over the course of our stay, so we appreciated Lincoln City being more central. It was really a vacation to remember. Also, being on the 3rd floor and an end unit, the ocean views were even better than expected. The basement parking was convenient too. After a long day of hiking, it was great to have the option of stairs or the elevator. We would definitely return!!!

Great Ocean View

This corner room has a partially blocked view of the ocean due to the way this end unit is constructed; otherwise, the view is spectacular. We really appreciate having the underground parking as the Oregon coast weather is always unpredictable. The unit itself was overstocked with kitchen necessities. this is both a good thing (when traveling with more than 2 people) and a bad thing if you plan to cook in. The problem is that there is absolutely NO room to store any nonrefrigerated or frozen items other than the way brought into the unit. We are "neat and tidy" folks and have a problem when we are required to keep everything we bring left on the countertops.We did not sleep in the Sleep Number bed but did find the other bard to be comfortable. We do not use hot tubs so cannot comment on it.
