"The property is nice..most units are good..big shrimp daddy needs work…every door creaks, I had to oil some just to be able to stand the noise…kitchen sliding door is old and keeps coming off the hinges, there’s too much furniture in there to be able to move around easily, the dining chairs are ripped…yeah, just needs some TLC "
