This two-bedroom holiday rental is a single-story home and can accommodate 1 to 5 people.
It’s located in the heart of the village and overlooks a lovely, shaded square that’s safe for children! Plus, the municipal SWIMMING POOL is just 700 metres away!

In this holiday rental, you’ll find:
*Ground floor:
- 1 living area with a living room (sofa, TV), dining area (table and five chairs), and a fully equipped kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, oven, induction cooktop, kettle, standard coffee maker, toaster, etc.)
- 1 laundry room (washing machine)
- 1 full bathroom (shower, sink, toilet)

*Upstairs (accessible via a 14-step staircase: very accessible but a bit steep for very young children):
- 2 bedrooms: 1 with a 140x200 double bed and a 90x190 single bed, as well as a closet. And 1 with a 140x200 double bed, closet, dressing table, and a sink.
- 1 bathroom

The house is located right in the centre of Limogne, and you’ll find parking on the street or in the large, free public car park located 150 metres away (just a 4-minute walk!). You’ll also find an electric vehicle charging station in this car park.

When you step outside the cottage, you’ll find yourself in a lovely little public square with beautiful trees, where you can play pétanque or let your children play!

You’ll have access to free Wi-Fi in the cottage.

End-of-stay cleaning:

Please leave the cottage in the same condition as you found it.
We provide cleaning supplies and necessary cleaning tools in the laundry room, as well as a vacuum cleaner in the kitchen and another upstairs.
Please wash your dishes, dry them, put them away, and empty your trash tins.
If you rented our linens (sheets, towels), please remove them from the beds and roll them up into a ball at the foot of the bed.

Rate:

The rate includes use of the cottage, water, electricity, a high chair, and a cot (subject to availability for the latter two).
However, linens are NOT INCLUDED. We can provide them for 10€ per person. The linens include bed sheets, pillowcases, and bath towels. Please let us know if you would like us to provide them.

If you bring your own linens, we will, of course, provide the comforters and pillows.
