If visiting Limoges this is a great hotel next to parking and easy walk to the station. My room was small, but had everything and was clean and comfortable.
Great location from which to explore the city. Really friendly staff who was extremely helpful with tips on what to see and where to eat in the city. We followed a lot of his tips and were not disappointed once
Great restaurants nearby. Excellent proximity to historical quarters and train station. But also some prostitution activities in nearby park. Always felt safe, nevertheless.

Super lovely stay made great by the manager who also introduced us to his beautiful wife’s cat, Caesar. Lots of parking and a lovely spacious bedroom - perfect for our one night stay. Highly recommend.
The hotel is beautifully decorated, and the breakfast included local specialties. The room was large and comfortable – – by far the largest room we had during our trip to France. Hotel de Paris was a beautiful surprise.
I loved the location for me, a middle aged solo female traveller, it was very safe and convenient. The host was extremely welcoming. From the delightful French style hotel I could walk to all points of interest and the river Vienne.
The hotel was exactly as expected. We had a basic room, which was small, but fine for one night. We liked the style of the hotel and the owner/manager was friendly and helpful. Easy parking opposite for only €2.

Ideally located in central Limoges, Hotel de Paris met our needs well. Car parking costs very little in large public park just across the road from the hotel. Limoges is very quiet. Visit the magnificent railway station. We had a wonderful dinner at Bistro Gourmand just ten minutes walk from hotel.
The hotel is in a classic building in an excellent condition inside and outside. The location is superb, as everything is in walking distance. a very affordable parking lot is across from the hotel. Views from the front rooms overlooks a park. The host is very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast is simple but very adequate and served in an elegant space. we very much enjoyed our stay.

Cozy Hotel in Limoges
We had a delightful experience at Hôtel de Paris in Limoges. Thierry, the owner, warmly welcomed us, even arranging dinner reservations due to our late arrival. Our rooms were clean, cozy, close to the premier Gare Limoges Benedictin and reasonably priced. The enjoyable continental breakfast added a perfect touch to our stay. Highly recommended!
I booked for the location. The room was amazing. I had a boutique hotel experience, and didnt even know thats what i was in for. It was beatuful. I lounged on my bed, in my 4th floor room, and watched thru my open window the pigeons flying about...others had their shutter open, their was a cool breeze. It was brilliant.
The hotel is a great little boutique style place that has been recently renovated to a very high standard.
Limoges centre with its beautiful architecture is a 10 min walk away and after a chat with the e hotel owner we had a number of suggestions for dinner and a quick sightseeing tour.
Well worth a stop off as we did on our little road trip up through France.
Clean, friendly , well located small hotel. Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful in suggesting good places to visit and made great recommendations for restaurants.
Good location for a one night stop. Very convenient cheap parking across the road. Boutique hotel so lacked air con but room was cool enough to sleep. Good value breakfast with good choice of pastries. Excellent restaurant recommendations from the host who helped reserve a table in local restaurant.
The hotel decor is great, the historic features have been preserved but with some great modern touches too. The host was lovely and so helpful. Rooms very clean and comfortable. A great stay, would definitely stay there again.
This is a converted house which was renovated just before covid. Parking is easy, there is a public car park outside, 5 euros a day to park. Breakfast is good and reasonable so worth taking. Manager is very helpful and can book restaurants should you need help.
Room nothing like pictures, so small you felt you had no room to move around and Claustrophobic.

Hotel de Paris
Old hotel with nice size rooms but no AC or handicap access. There is convenient, inexpensive parking across the street and everything is within a 15-min walk. WiFi worked well. The rooms were dark, but had floor to ceiling windows that we left open at night. The bathroom was dark and had few amenities; the tub-shower combo was challenging to get in and out of!
The hotel was in a strange location near station. Reception didn’t open until 3pm no way of getting in and not a very friendly welcome.
Noisy at night with cars racing in the early hours at the weekend
