"Room was very dirty. My white socks went grey in 2 min. The door does not close properly, window was broaken ( it was open all the time so heat and noise went in), the safe was closed, the bulb in the bed light did not work. Breakfast was horrible, quality and wariety, oh there is no word for it. ..."

My wife and 2 small children got left at the marina by boat ferry captain igor because he has a “schedule” even though he went back to the hotel and when he came back he said ok now you can go back to the hotel.
