"Unfortunately the place was not as clean or as new as advertised. The sheets were all stuffed in the 2 dryers and still wet, we had to assist the finishing. The place is in a new estate but has not been kept in good condition. The cutlery was still in the dishwasher and not clean. A couple of window blind cords were broken. "Difficult to sleep as sheets were itchy and a lot of light intrusion. B&B? No coffee, sugar or tea, milk supplied. The bathroom was very dusty and toilet either stained or not cleaned. Previous tenants rubbish left behind in bathroom and a dirty sock left under the lounge cushion. Kitchen adequately equipped. Furniture adequate. We have stayed in many budget accommodation and never experience dusty, rubish and scratchy sheets before. Wont be back."

"This was the worst house and should not be allowed to be on this website or any website. The house was dirty, bedding stained, it smelt of mould in the kitchen and a leak in the cupboard. There was a stench throughout the house like something had died in there. We had to leave due to the smell, mould and the dust throughout the upstairs area. "Parking was fabulous, a carport right next to my room. Room was very clean. Loved the fresh milk and biscuits, coffee machine and pods. So lovely to be met by one of the staff, even though I arrived late it was so good to have somebody there in the office to meet me. Even had a census form for me to fill in. "Amazing property. Our large group of 15 had a great stay with time in the pool, spa and by the fire pit. The house is even bigger and more spacious then it looks in the pictures. Great communication from host and was flexible with early check in /late check out which helped us a lot! Really appreciate that. Loved the place. "The resort definitely needs some TLC, since it's been up for sale needed updates and repairs are just not happening. Having said that the place is comfortable and clean and the staff are fantastic. We were a bit disappointed that the restaurant is now only open on Friday and Saturday nights but understandable considering how quiet the place is through the week. The upside is that there's almost no one there mid week so you almost have the place to yourself. The nearby pub and cafe/Indian restaurant have excellent food 7 days a week. The golf is great and the course is well maintained although the cart paths are bit neglected. If you want a couple of days away somewhere quiet and comfortable this is it."
