We received a very tiny room less than 100sqft, no room for storage, no fridge, a double bed with about a foot space to the wall. We brought most of the luggage back to the car to have at least room to get in and out. On my complaint that I booked a bigger room, the lady at the frontdesk said it's nothing avaliable. Next day I called Expedia, and they managed to get me a bigger room, Although everything else was good, breakfast, cleanliness, location etc. , the size of the room is the reason for the poor rating.

"Our check-in was not smooth...we arrived at 1pm after a very long flight then a train from Zurich to Strasburg, so up almost 24 hours.
