"We had a washcloth left hanging from a prior guest. There was quite a bit of dust left on the windowsill. A coffee pod was left in the coffee pot from the prior guest. No hand soap in the bathroom. Housekeeping is the only complaint. The check in was great, courteous service. The bar staff was great, no complaints. They offered fresh, hot cookies which were great with check in. There was a lot of traffic nosie. We were on the interstate side of the hotel. Pool would be good for cooler weather. The pool room was almost to hot to sit and watch your child."

"While the hotel is aged it is well maintained. The grounds were meticulously kept. The amenities were adequate. The rooms spacious and we enjoyed the balcony space. Easy on and off the highway and just a short ride to downtown Portland. An economical option for sure. Also the Zero Lounge attached to the hotel was amazing. Events nightly, spacious game room and friendly staff."

"Conveniently located in the middle of Saco’s restaurants and Old Orchard Beach as well as other, more sedate beaches. The owner was super helpful and friendly, and the place was kept clean. One of the housekeepers appeared to be doing most of the work while the other two kept up appearances of looking busy, but not doing much. Despite this the place was still kept clean and orderly (that lady really did seem to be managing the cleaning by herself). Definitely coming back here!"
