"This “so called” 5 stars hotel does not deserve even 3 stars. Nobody picks up your luggage on arrival. They dont escort you to your room. The pool is over chlorined, makes your skin rash and feel sick from breathing. There is moist at the pool where the pool water ends. There is no room service. You have to go fetch anything you need from the bar. The cleaning staff wakes you up with sounds each morning at 8. The place where you have open buffet is so hot, no air conditioning. All food that needs to be kept cool are hot. We have informed the hotel that our daıghter has celiacs disease and we need special meal requirements, they ignored, did not help. And the staff is unhappy, not helpful, serving with a bad and “bored” attitude. "

The location is fantastic, on a quiet road but just a short walk to Golden Beach, conveniently close to restaurants, a kiosk, supermarket, and a coffee shop. The hosts were absolutely wonderful – warm, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. "
