"Kevin is a wonderful host who makes a delightful breakfast. The rooms themselves are a good size however do smell a bit musty and the carpets have some stains. The bathroom facilities were good. The parking situation and the outside of the house are unkempt and look a little unsafe. The location is fantastic, literally up the road from the CBD so you can walk to local eateries for dinner. "

"This was a wonderful, homely place for our family to stay. We loved the small garden, the comfortable “lived in” kitchen and home with all the amenities.
