"I need a refund. The owner never reached out. We waited for a few hours till way past checkin and they never responded. The location was difficult to find. On top of that any call to Expedia customer service lead to Virbo's customer service which ended in an automated response saying my number could not be found. Terrible, terrible experience!"

"The view at the hotel was charming and the neighborhood peaceful the majority of the staff was kind. However the hotel access with the car is challenging by car. I booked for 2 people but had to ask for a blanket and another towels cuz they only provided one and a thin couch blanket on the bed so they gave me just an extra bedsheet to use as a blanket. There was rat stool and a dead cockroach in the room and the bedside drawers. "
