The apartment is very large, beautifully decorated, and absolutely immaculate. We were flying late out of Frankfurt on our last day and the host offered to let us stay beyond check out time rather than us sitting at the airport. "As a big chain hotel, we generally knew it was going to be a good familiar choice. We loved the surroundings and found the Bikini ART Museum attached to the hotel to fun addition. "The hotel is very conveniently located at the corner of the marketplace, the center of Heidelberg. It is also right next to the beautiful bridge that pedestrian could walk on and have a great view of the city and the castle. The staff is very friendly and professional and courteous. Our room has a nice size and many windows for natural breeze and air. It also includes the decent quality breakfast, which is very convenient. The only challenge is for the Uber driver to pick us up. We called an Uber to pick us up to the train station, it took the Uber driver a long time to find us. We had to cancel one order Uber driver prior because he couldn’t find us."
