"This was an amazing stay. We got a room upgrade which was great and highly appreciated. The only downside was the food and drinks service. On a couple of occasions our orders were wrong and we had some miscommunication when trying to explain that one of the children in our group had food allergies. Other than that everything was perfect."

"I recently stayed at the Royal Apollonia following surgery at the GMI. Paulina (the Operations Manager) was fantastic in ensuring the room allocated to me was appropriate for my needs and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort at the hotel throughout my stay. In fact, all of the staff were wonderful in ensuring that I was well taken care of, in a friendly and very hospitable manner. Paulina really takes the time to get to know her guests and look after them hence the high number of very loyal repeat customers that I met at the hotel. Bus stop right at the hotel entry made commuting into town very easy & affordable.Beautiful seafront views from the superior Seaview room were wonderful to enjoy every day too. I look forward to returning again soon to Paulina and her wonderful team at the Royal Apollonia. "The Grand Resort is a lovely place to switch off if you are able to go all inclusive but it is further away from the centre of Limassol than some might like, and the area it's located in doesn't have much going for it. There are 3 on-sire restaurants all offering a good variety with themes in the main buffet, and the Japanese is definitely worth a visit! All the staff are welcoming and charming to their international guests but the entertainment programme is quite low key. The hotel is a good size with a lovely pool surrounded by plenty of sunbeds in the grounds and down to the private beach. The beach is darker sand than pictures indicate but the water is clear and the promenade towards the city provides a good walk. "
