Needed to turn on the hot water in the front closet. Had space heaters. Clean, roomy, porch was nice. Beds very comfortable, kitchen had stuff to cook with if you go on vacation to cook. Some noise from construction I guess, just on occasion. Very nice overall!

Amazing place to stay, clean,safe and great location . The security staff are really kind. If you are planning to stay more than a couple of days you will need to bring shampoo, soap, toilet paper as it's really limited the quantity given for someone staying 10 days or more. I definitely will stay here again , the place look exactly like the pictures.

Excellent. My family and I stayed here for two weeks and it was very pleasant. The apartment has everything you need; it's spacious, clean, and conveniently located near tourist attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The place was great! So it was the management. Pleasant stay, great location, everything walkable. A few blocks from the beach/boardwalk. Truly wonderful experience. The only thing I will point out was that the cleaning crew did not show as requested. Other than that was delightful. Smooth check in and check out. Will definitely use it again.

The apartment is in a top location. In walking distance of many shops and restaurants and the main street to Larcomar. Communication good, check-in very easy. Apartment nice, small, but modern, comfy and secured. The beds very comfy. I recommend Wynwood Colon and will stay here again whenever I travel to Lima.

Overall a less than ok stay, the property management is not very accommodating to early check-ins or any request like an extra blanket, I had to book an extra apt for early check in and got the boot on time, while my original booking wasn’t clean when it was arrival time.

Overall great! However, upon arrival, security guard made me wait in lobby before heading up to room because he didn't have my information from either hotels.com or other company. While it took only 10-15 min, it’s annoying to wait after arriving from airport. Better communication needs to happen so guest can arrive and enter immediately. Apartment was really nice and very close to heart of miraflores. Great value for the price! Thank you

This apartment is EXCELLENT! It is super comfortable, clean and located in a perfect area. It is beautiful, it has everything you need. It even has a parking for the car. But, the apartment is so well located that you can walk everywhere you want. The communication with the property's owner was also excellent. They responded immediately to any questions. I LOVED IT!

It was a nice building but I didn’t like my apartment. The bed was very hard, I heard all the noises at night and they didn’t have A/C the room was so hot at night I had to leave and go to JW Marriott for the remaining of my staying in Peru. The lobby to meet people was small and I was not allow to bring anyone to the apartment. I won’t recommend the place
