"The room we had was large and comfortable. Dinner was good in the restaurant. Downside - the hairdryer was terrible and the replacement they gave me was even worse. Also the Welcome Free drink was limited to a Pisco Sour or water. It was convenient to the airport with a free shuttle. Only took 10 minutes to get to the airport in the early morning. However, we arrived at rush hour and the ride was about 45 minutes."

"I only had a few hours here, unfortunately, with a super late check in and then leaving in the AM to get another flight. CHeck in at 0130 was no problem. I was a bit worried about the room they put me in, as it was at the end of the hall/right on the road. In the hallway, you could hear a fair bit of road noise, but I really didn't hear anything once inside the room. The room itself was large and clean (only complaint is that the shower was a little slow draining). Breakfast in the AM was a buffet with plenty of selection. No complaints there. The shuttle to the airport was on time and no problem to arrange (you do tell them which one you need on check in). The desk agent recommended I get the 0730 one to arrive by 0800 (2 hrs before my flight). I could have gotten a later one, as I breezed through check in and security, but you never know. I left my eyeglasses in the room at checkout on accident. I contacted them later in the day and they had found them. The front desk hung on to them for a week and I was able to use their shuttle both ways to go pick them up on a longer layover in LIM. Thanks again!"

"The hotel and the room was perfect. I gave low scores because we had an incident with house keeping taking a new H&M bag. Paper shopping bag had two new tops folded in it with receipts. This was set beside my luggage a few feet away from the garbage. We returned to our room to discover the bed were made up and the bag missing. I immediately called front desk who connected with housekeeping. I ended up walking down to the front lobby to talk with them directly. While I was downstairs the male housekeeper came to the room and gave the bag back to my 13 year old daughter and was explaining something to her in Spanish - she doesnt speak Spanish. I came back up to find the bag with the tops thankfully. I went back down to front desk to put in a complaint because it was obvious it wasnt garbage and even the receipts were sticking out. Manager met me in my room and instantly offered us dinner without fully understanding what happened. I declined the dinner as we already ate and were planning to go to bed early for a super early flight. Manager provided transport to airport free of charge which was kind. She agreed to find out what happened from the housekeeper and return to me but never did. Front desk ended up calling me a couple hours later stating she had “an emergency” and couldnt see us. Our experience was diminished because of this. Breakfast was very good though but I would be wary to go back again. i dont think this was an accident."
