El niño alojando con nosotros tuvo sangrado de narices por accidente, y el hotel nos cobró la limpieza de esa sábana. En años viajando, es la primera vez que nos cobran algo así. Ordinario el cobro, por lo bajo.

Yes stay here !

Slightly older hotel but cute and worth it if you need to stay nearby!! The service and staff goes above and beyond from hailing cabs to the front desk all the way to the restaurant! Would stay again!!

Great place a bit removed from down-town

This was a 4 or 5 star hotel. Great amenities and staff....robes, slippers, super breakfast...... staff willing to do anything for the guests. Only complaint was that it was a distance from (Miraflores) and other touristy areas. Would absolutely stay here in future.

Buen Hotel.

Buen Hotel ubicado en la Av, arenales, con facil transporte a cualquier parte de la ciudad. Habitaciones amplias y comodas, Desayuno variado. Lo unico malo es que me dieron una habitación en el 6º piso y la señal de WiFi no llegaba.

We vioked this because if its proximity to light fountain, but didnt even go! Streets were very busy and it seemed to take long to get to the historic district by car. Bed was comfortable, after I asked the maid to replace a pillow case with hair on it. Breakfast was the worst we have experienced in Our three week stay in peru, with nothing labeled, no water, only two fruits, no toaster, poor selection of cereals

O hotel possui um cassino na parte de baixo, e na chegada, principalmente se for a noite, é meio assustador, parece que você não conseguirá dormir. Porém, é só impressão, os quartos são tranquilos e limpos. A equipe é atenciosa, o café da manhã é bom, porém se chegar mais tarde, pode não achar alguns itens, se reclamar há reposição.

bad area and too much money

i had dinner there and it was not good and breakfast was ok.it did not have any meat on the breakfast buffet.i would not ever stay there again.did i mention the noise,it is hard to sleep when you heard horns and traffic and i had a inside room.the area is not a place good to stay and nothing around to see.the room itself was good and ever thing else was bad.i could had done so much better.at least the next person will know,i could had stay in a nice hotel in miroflores at this rate.what a waste of money.

Un buen servicio

En general todo el personal del hotel fue muy amable y servicial, el desayuno variado, mantenían un adecuado higiene de la habitación y de las instalaciones del hotel, lo único malo fue el servicio que realiza el arreglo a las habitaciones el domingo a las 7 de la mañana nos despertó timbrando para realizar el arreglo de la habitación, así mismo por la mañana realizaban algunos días mucho ruido con el carro donde llevan los implementos de aseo.
