Located at downtown center . Restaurant and stores nearby. Didnt sleep much during our stay because of the fire that occured in the next building , we had to open the door to the porch as it smelled smoke inbour room and was suffocating us .Also , towels were old and has shreds at the sides .

I wanted to stay in the historic district for convenience to sights we wanted to visit. It is an old property, but conveniently located. The staff was friendly, we had three beds in the room, and the water pressure and temperature was good. The price was reasonable and there was a small fridge in the room. Location was great.

Skip Saturday night if you can. The bar/restaurant don’t stop playing loud music till 3 am. Otherwise the rest of the week is good. Centrally located. Able to walk to the main square and to markets. WiFI is good. Room is good size with good hot water pressure. Staff are welcoming. Check in was easy. Good food for lunch at the restaurant.

Very run down. Shower is dirty looking including the shower curtain. The grout has mold. You can hear everything outside specially all the honking. Just soap for toiletries, no shampoo. No where to hang the towel in the bathroom, it was rolled up on the bed. Very shady atmosphere.

No air conditioning...heat was brutal....little fun struggle to bring air. Dated ,spartan. Highlite was Dana Nicolas Linda and Julihno...great staff. Cannot be beat for location...all mayor touristic atteactions nearby and near Metropolitano blue line and a "feeder"...near Teatro Municipal,famous Plazas and Jiron de la Union...etc

They Sent us to another hotel which was Belen hotel ** near by, this hotel was shut down by municipal order of fumigation, but we we're charged 136.50 soles instead of the amount we were supposed to be charged, we had no option, so gave us a ** hotel and paid More than the *** hotel we we're supposed to get, felt cheated

The worse hotel in Downtown Lima!!

This hotel with no sign in the front entrance door has been the worst Peruvian Hotel I have ever stayed in. What a shame to offer/advertise these kind of hotels with "good reviews" in the web. It should have better filters before it is posted for tourists or visitors to Lima. Very small rooms with no light, no towels, no soap, no shampoo. Wet counter with water-leaking small refrigerator. No telephone in the rooms. I asked for a room change... it was same but with a dim light. Strong "mold" odor. Asked for a wake-up call at 5:30 am... never happened. Reason I booked this hotel for one night .... for convenience and be close to "las Nazarenas Church" ... checked-in past 11 pm just to check-out at 5:30 am.... I do not recommend this hotel at all!!

Não dou nota zero pq não tem essa opção. O único pto positivo: atendimento gentil da funcionária da recepção. De resto: o hotel é velho e muito úmido, apesar da fachada externa moderna. As fotos não correspondem à realidade. Toalhas e roupa de cama velhas e manchadas, pareciam sujas, na verdade. Mofo na paredes e pia. Café da manhã... uma vergonha: 2 pães (velhos e duros) e 1 bola de manteiga. Zero proteína. Tive que ir a uma cafeteira comprar um desayno decente. Agora o pior: barulho de buzinas, explosões e gritos a NOITE INTEIRA, pois o hotel parece ficar numa zona boêmia. Simplesmente não tem como dormir pq inexiste isolamento acústico. NAO recomendo de jeito nenhum esse hotel, não voltaria nem se fosse de graça.

Aunque muchos de los aspectos no depende del hotel, es decir los alrededores, y aunque es centrica a algunas plazas famosas que ver el entrono es ruidoso, por otro lado la atención de las chicas del hotel en todo momento ha sido genial ya que me ayudaros en algun tramite que tenia que hacer y son amables.
