1 Bedroom Guesthouse Lima Estates
Newly built, clean, gated and secure, quiet, western style.
It's a 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed and a work space in the bedroom.
The small kitchen and small European style bathroom (see pics) are simple and practical.
If you need something bigger check my other listings. On the same estate I have a 2 bedroom 3 bed unit, a 4 bedroom 8 bed house, and more.
This unit has the following;
*parking on the property for 1 vehicle
*big patio with table and chairs and a grill. Feel free to have a barbecue!
*1 bedroom with 1 queen bed in it. There is also space in the bedroom for you to put a crib. So this place could fit 3, a couple and their small child/baby
*1 dedicated workspace/desk in the bedroom
*Wi-Fi
*small kitchen with pots, pans, silverware, small fridge, double hot plate, and a microwave
*small European style bathroom
*it's gated and secure. Parking is on the property outside the gate. After parking you walk through the gate and about 40 feet to the entrance to this unit
