Pleasant friendly staff, generous with bottled water for our daily needs, clean accommodation and pool, free self service laundry services… what’s not to like 😊

Staff was wonderful, especially "uncle Joseph" at the Club Lounge who took really good care of me; the other employees of the lounge/Club level guest services were also very kind. Buffet breakfast is diversified and enjoyable. The room was spacious and well-appointed, but I would suggest to install a desk and comfortable chairs instead of the weird sofa/couch and heavy table, not practical for working on the computer. Bathroom was nice, with a stand-alone shower. Not a fan of the "rain shower head", but there was also a handheld shower head, which was really useful. I stayed at the same hotel in 2022, and nothing has changed, so maybe it is time for a facelift! Despite of the somewhat dated decor, everything is well-cared for and in good condition. Went for a massage, fine but not as good as the ones I had 4 years ago; was it because of the promotional price? The location is very central; I was in Singapore for a conference at the Marina Bay Convention Center and it was a 5-6 minutes ride from the hotel. This hotel is a solid 4-star, not luxurious, but very well appointed, and the personnel is very attentive to the guests' needs, which is not always the case....The only difficulty was related to my early arrival at the hotel. I phoned to inform in advance of my early arrival (around 6h30 am). When I arrived, I was told that I need to pay $150SGD to have an early access to a room, which I refused. I got my room at 11:30am, and sleep was welcome after traveling 30 hours.

The property was spectacular. The staff were friendly and attentive. The room was beautiful, a good size and comfortable. The pool was wonderful. We were in walking distance to many attractions.
