We live in the building and will be available. This apartment is suitable for all responsible travelers, please be sure not to party or make excessive noise (music, shouting) after 8pm. If this suits you and you don't mind, welcome!

The apartment is located on the third floor of a residence with elevator, and comprises a very attractive 70m2 space:

- An entrance hallway
- separate WC
- bedroom with double bed (please note there are no shutters, only blackout curtains)
- a bright living room with open kitchen and access to the balcony
- a second bedroom double bed (140X200) with dressing
- a shower room with
- plenty of storage space

The layout of the apartment makes a group of business travelers, family or friends feel right at home!
For baby : A cot and high chair are available (see photo).

The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival:
Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen.
All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels.
The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for breakfast and dinner.

Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video.

The area is quite lively, so for light sleepers, we advise you to bring your earplugs.

The check in process was a nightmare: misleading directions and photos that didn’t download, it took 3 hours to gain access. The place was poorly cleaned, the shower drain almost completely blocked, no hand towels and the dishwasher was unusable. It needs a lot of TLC to bring it up to scratch.

Pros- clean bed linen and towels. Close to Euralille. Functional kitchen and toilet. Cons- bathroom sink didn't drain properly. The shower had no instructions and initially I thought it didn't work, the concierge team were available quickly, however some instructions on use of the shower would be useful. The shower water jets were mouldy. The tiling around the shower has old mould and limescale and there is mould around the window. I would not rent out a place with a shower room like that. Functional but tiny lift. I found the key safe fairly easily, however the instructions would be better if map were provided of the exact location. I couldn't get the Nespresso machine to work. One of the chair seats on the balcony was broken. To make this apartment more appealing a deep clean of the shower room is needed, clean the dining chair covers and provide tea, coffee, sugar and milk for guests arriving. If you aren't bothered by any of the above and aren't spending much time in the apartment then it's fine.
