The room was beautiful! Spacious & comfortable. I LOVE the soft, plush carpet :)
We had in room dining from the restaurant & the food was delicious!
Service from all the staff was superb - everyone was kind & helpful.
Can't beat the location overlooking the Pacific Ocean & just a short walk down to the beach or the Santa Monica Pier.
I highly recommend this hotel!!

The steakhouse and the sushi restaurant were outstanding and the service was very professional.
We tried to go to the italian restaurant , but were not allowed in with somewhat beachy clothing.
The pool area is unusable for hotel guests.Because they allow in non hotel guests and they are completely full of people. Very loud.
The parking fee is outrageously expensive and getting the car takes 30 minutes.
We stayed in a junior suite , and it was wonderful.

"Breakfast had a decent spread . Staff for house keeping never showed up for days. Then on check out they wanted extra 20 dollars to clean a towel.
