Children were also using the gym and the sauna unaccompanied by parents. There was no supervision of this area by hotel staff. "Ottima struttura come rapporto qualità-prezzo. Molto belle le parti comuni zona hall, bar/ristorante e piscina. Camere non molto moderne ma con ottima pulizia e con tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno confortevole. Ottima anche la colazione e i servizi come le biciclette a disposizione e il parcheggio privato. Inoltre fermata dell'autobus per il centro di Lignano proprio di fronte all'hotel"

"We booked because it was so hot out and the hotel has huge, great pool with a partial roof. BUT- beware- they CLoSE pool for 2 hours 1 to 3!! Just when u want to swim! To Americans this is kinda crazy! To the Europeans , they were ok with it - they go to the beach with a million chairs 10 deep. Another kind of crazy - if ypu book on any website beside their website ( and how would i even know about this hotel) You Can't PARK in their lot. We oaud over $180 and were told "oh no parking for you."...

"The initial room was super small and a bit smelly. Surely something you won't expect at a 4/5 stars hotel. They moved me to a better one after I complained and the lady responsible rudely told me that those were the rooms they give to people paying "lower rates" through systems such as hotels.com and that she would have moved me if I had booked through them directly but as they had to pay commissions to the website that was the room they offered. "This hotel rated as a four stars is far away from the level one could expect. If you are not travelling with kids select rather something different. Rooms oriented to the street are rumourous (night life in Lignano is long), they are rather small, bathroom very modest... Yes, there is nice pool, hotel has beach beds reserved, and good parking place, but: coffee served during the breakfast is NOT DRINKSABLE AT ALL juice is not a juice croissants are not croissants We bookd only B&B fortunatelly...

"The most important thing about this hotel is the friendly staff! You can't ask incredible thing, and they're always smiling! And most of them speaks English AND German too! The standard room for two person is a little bit small, but very very clean! The breakfast wasn't boring for a week, they have cold and warm food, cakes and fruits too.
