Cosy residence in an excellent location, central and in the green of Lignano Pineta, approx. 150m from the beach.

Our flat consists of a living-dining room with sofa bed and kitchenette, 1 bathroom with shower, furnished terrace; on the first floor a large attic with a double bed and one single bed, terrace. It can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Suitable for families with children.

The flat has air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine and Wifi.

°Services excluded - Mandatory:
-A security deposit is required to be paid in cash upon arrival at the agency. The amount can swing between 100eur and 500eur, depending on the accommodation type. The security deposit will be returned to the guests at the check-out, after the property inspection.
-City tax: 0,70eur per person, per night, for a maximum of 10 nights, only for above 12 years old guests at the check-in date. It is required to be paid upon arrival in cash.
