Our semi-detached villa is located in a quiet and elegant area of Lignano Riviera, only 250mt from the beach. The property features a private enclosed garden and can accommodate up to seven guests. The mezzanine floor is composed of a living/dining room, a kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with three single beds, and a full bathroom. The garden floor consists of a bedroom with two single beds, a full bathroom, and a lovely patio. Both bathrooms have shower with curtains, one of them over a bathtub. Equipped with a washing machine, and one uncovered parking space.
