Staff was extremely helpful. One of the lights in our room did not work. The bulb was burnt out. The TV remote control did not work. I saw a piece oof a peanut under the bed. Do they not vacuum under the bed?

Room size was similar to first class berth in a cruise liner but with a large and extremely comfortable bed with allergy free bedding. Plush white towels were a treat as well as 2 mettalic bottles of fresh water every day. Room temp control was extremely responsive, within minutes. Concierge provided me with electric kettle for tea in lieu of Illy coffee maker in room. Excellent centralized location. Restaurant in lobby was great, with fabulous view of legacy designed vaunted ceiling & molding. Staff was extremely delightful and helpful All-round a lovely 4 day stay.

Property overall was great . How ever the seating out along the gas fire pits needs an upgrade . The cushions on the wicker type chairs were ragged and somewhat dirty. They need replacing . Also the area around the fire pits needs to be cleaned up as there was a lot of leaves and general dirt around the sitting area . LT his parts is general maintenance. Otherwise great place and will stay there again and would recommend.
