Apartment in an idyllic location of an apartment complex with many sights in the vicinity. The apartment is on the second floor and is part of an apartment complex which is located in the small idyllic village of Liesenich (Hunsrück) a short distance from the Moselle.
The living room / bedroom has 1 sofa bed and a sitting area, television with satellite connection, DVD and stereo system, and there is also free WiFi internet. In the 3 bedrooms there are single beds, one bedroom has a double bed.
The 2 bathrooms have a shower, sink and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, electric stove with oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, senseo machine and microwave. You have access to 1 loggia at the rear and a large balcony at the front with garden chairs and umbrella with a very nice view of the surroundings.

Top of the hill and top of the bill

If you are looking for a very comfortable place on the top of q hill, close to the beautiful nature of the Eifel, then thus is your place! And no problem to bring your dog(s) with.

Wir waren als Biker Gruppe hier für eine Woche. Das Appartment ist dafür super geeignet, da drei Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder zur Verfügung stehen. Die Ausstattung ist komplett und gut, inzwischen aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Buchung, Kontakt und Checkin waren komplett problemlos. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Heerlijke vakantie

We verbleven hier met onze zoon en zijn gezin. Ruim appartement waar we alle kamers benutten. Praktische inrichting met de 2 badkamers maakten dit aangename verblijf compleet. Zeer rustige omgeving. We genoten van de natuur en de unieke ligging.

Vakantie moezel

Het was een hele fijne locatie om van daaruit de moezel te gaan verkennen. Het was een mooi groot appartement, rustig gelegen. Marcel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. In de straat is een lekker, leuk en gezellig restaurants .

Es war ein schöner Urlaub. Was das Interior angeht, das Kochgeschirr (Pfanne und Töpfe sind teilweise ballig und liegen nicht auf dem Ceranfeld auf), sollte erneuert werden. Die Decken in den Zimmern sollten gereinigt werden. (Es waren Stechmückenkörper usw. an die Decke geklatscht, inklusive Abdrücke der Badelatschen der letzten Mieter).

Kurzurlaub

Die Zimmeraufteilung ist super für Familien- oder Gruppenurlaub. Für kleinere Kinder ist der Spielplatz im Garten ideal. Allerdings lässt die Sauberkeit der Wohnung zu wünschen übrig. In der Kaffeemaschine war ein verschimmelter Filter und die Tischdecke hat am Tisch geklebt. Künstliche verstaubte Blumen sind nicht gut für Allergiker. Trotzdem würden wir wiederkommen.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist von der Aufteilung her sehr schön. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, da gibt es nichts zu meckern. Die Wohnung war sauber, vor allem Bad und Betten, das finden wir immer wichtig. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist die Sauberkeit der Küche. Wir haben Gläser, Besteck und Geschirr einmal in den Geschirrspüler gesteckt. Aber wir hatten ein tolles Silvesterwochenende und es hat an nichts gefehlt. :-)

Schöner Aufenthalt

Wir wurden sehr herzlich vom Vermieter empfangen. Die Wohnung ganz oben bietet genügend Platz für bis zu 7 Personen. Räumlich sind es zwei Bereiche, die durch das Treppenhaus voneinander getrennt sind. Ganz schön, so dass man Abends die Kinder nicht stört, wenn diese schon im Bett sind. Die Sauberkeit war ganz OK, die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber auch noch OK. In der Küche ist im Grunde alles vorhanden. Auch für Herbst war es schön warm in der Wohnung, auch wenn bei starken Herbststürmen die Fenster ganz schön pfeifen und die einfach Verglasung der Schrägfenster (in Küche und Bad) viel Schwitzwasser bilden. Manche Kissen könnten mal erneuter werden, einige sind Brett hart. Vielleicht für Rückenschläfer genau das richtige :) Sehr positiv ist, dass im Eingangsbereich im EG immer ein kleiner Vorrat an Wein aus der Gegend und anderen kleinen Dingen (Honig aus der Region, Kohle, Duschgel, Wasser) zu finden ist, die käuflich erworben werden können. Das das sogar alles auf Vertrauensbasis mit kleiner Kasse im Flur klappt, lässt mich an der Menschheit hoffen. Die Kirchturmuhr, die morgens um 6.30 Uhr bimmelt sollte einen lieber nicht stören, vom Straßenlärm haben wir nicht viel mitbekommen. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 20 Minuten mit Auto entfernt. Im Ort selber gibt es nichts. Da wir aber so abgelegen wohnen wollten, hat uns das nicht gestört und Einkäufe wurden einfach mit Ausflügen verbunden. Alles im allen hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Liesenich und können auch die Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen.

Schade....

Wir waren für 6 Nächte in der Ferienwohnung. Diese entspricht nicht mehr ganz den Fotos aus dem Netz. Ist halt sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das ist an sich nicht weiter schlimm, wenn es dann wenigstens sauber wäre und man sich trotz dem "Alter" wohl fühlen kann. Wir haben erstmal alle zusammen geputzt, damit es einigermaßen ging. Die Gegend ist sonst sehr schön und der Vermieter freundlich.

Erholung pur.

Das Objekt liegt in sehr schöner ruhiger Lage.Sehr erholsamer 1 wöchiger Urlaub mit 7 Personen.Größe und Ausstattung der Wohnung sehr gut.Sehr gute möglichkeiten für Ausflüge und Wanderungen. Würden im nächsten Jahr nochmal hinfahren.

Vor Anreise kontaktierten wir die Agentur und bekamen die Kontakt-Nummer zu unserem Host. Er war nett und wie vereinbart erwartete er uns und gab uns ohne große Umschweife den Schlüssel zu unserer Unterkunft. Wir hatten die ganze Wohnung in der oberen Etage. Entgegen einiger Beurteilungen ist in dieser Wohnung alles vorhanden: Geschirr und Gläser für mindestens 20, Töpfe und alllerlei Küchenutensilien. Auch Geschirrspültabs und Gewürze sind vor Ort. Unsere Kinder haben auch den Sauberkeitstest gemacht und mit Spielzeug auf dem Fußboden gespielt und es unter den Betten hervorgeholt. Alles staubfrei. Die Bäder sind sauber und geräumig. Wir wollten einen Tag zur längsten Hängebrücke in Mörsdorf und einen Tag an die Mosel. Dafür war diese Unterkunft genau richtig. Einziges Manko, wenn man denn eins sucht ist der fehlende Supermarkt im Ort. Wir hatten alles zu Essen dabei, aber zwei Orte weiter gibt es einen kleinen Laden, man muss eben einfach nur ein bisschen planen.

Mädelsurlaub

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In einem Zimmer ging die Heizung zunächst nicht. Der Vermieter hat sich unverzüglich darum gekümmert und es war wieder schön warm. Kann man weiterempfehlen.

Mooi appartement echt een aanrader als je rust wil hebben en van de natuur wil genieten. Heerlijk wandelen en de mogelijkheid tot uitstapjes bv Cochem en Zell aanrader het winkelcentrum in Zell waanzinnig groot voor ieder wat wils.

Nette ruime woning met heerlijke douche

Wij zjin dan in de winter geweest. Dat maakt alles wat kouder maar de verwarming was prima muv de douche(in het hoofdverblijf) daar was het toch wel erg koud. Voor de rest eigenlijk alleen opmerking over de hoeveelheid serviesgoed, dat was zoveel dat je eigenlijk nauwelijks ruimte had om je eigen spullen kwijt te kunnen (lees boodschappen) de omgeving was ontzettend mooi een heerlijk rustig. Wij hebben er heerlijke kerstdagen gehad en lekker gegeten in Cochem.
