"Wir sind als Familie (3 Personen) für 4 Tage in der Unterkunft gewesen und von dem Urlaub begeistert! Der Betreiber hat die Alm umgebaut und alte sowie moderne Elemente perfekt kombiniert. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, der Betreiber ist cool und äußerst freundlich. Der Saunabereich ist traumhaft, Schnee gab es auch reichlich. "the hotel was well located for the hikes we were doing. parking was a little congested but they allows us to park in the retail area until secured parking become available. breakfast buffet was pretty good but the staff wasn't super friendly at breakfast. the staff at registration desk were helpful."

"Hotel is beautifully situated about 10 minutes from downtown Cortina. The hotel provides a shuttle to and from the hotel and is relatively available upon request. You may experience a short wait if the shuttles are being occupied by other guests. The staff is amazing and well-informed. They are always eager to help or assist with any inquiries or task. A huge shout out to Clorinda (our appointed waitress) who waited on us from the beginning of our stay. She's so sweet, polite and would go out of her way to accommadate us. Always ready to great us with a smile and a hug. Salvatore (bar manager) was amazing too! Overall, great staff all around!"

"The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and I appreciated the small kitchenette. Having a fridge, kettle, and coffee maker was a thoughtful and convenient touch. My main disappointment was the limited opening hours of the spa and gym, which close at 20:00. For me, one of the greatest benefits of staying at a hotel with a spa is being able to return after a day of sightseeing, have dinner, and then relax in the spa before bed. It is a wonderful way to unwind and prepare for a restful night. With the current opening hours, however, the spa really needs to be used before dinner. The last thing you want to do is get dressed again and head back out for the evening. Extending the spa hours would make a significant difference to the overall experience and, in my opinion, would make the additional cost much easier to justify. I unfortunately did not feel that I was able to fully enjoy the facility. Another consideration, particularly for summer visitors, is the lack of AC. This seems to be quite common in Austrian accommodation, but during warmer weather I would find it difficult to sleep comfortably without it. For a summer stay, I would recommend confirming that your accommodation has AC if this is important to you. Overall, the property has several nice features but the early spa closing time and lack of air conditioning are important considerations when deciding whether it is the right choice for your stay."
