Staff were lovely ,helpful and kind

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

For the price, the accomodation was great! It was in a nice area and easily accessible by public transport. The room itself was a bit outdated. The beds were a little uncomfortable and the sheets were quite thin (perfect for summer!) as well as the towels. Bathrooms were pretty standard. There was no one ever at the reception which is why I gave it 4 stars. I like having someone manning the hotel I am staying at, however, overall, pretty good stay! Would recommend for friend travelling together...

We had 6nights in Stockholm and this was the perfect hotel for that. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Our only issue was the bright sunlight at 4am. Didn’t need a light on in the bathroom with a lovely big skylight. Staff were friendly. Great spot to travel back to after a day exploring the city. Very relaxing being able to sit out on the lawn area or beside the river to unwind. Made our trip very relaxing. Public transport at the front door although we tried to avoid it as super...

The staff on Reception were really helpful when our luggage was delayed from our SAS flight from Paris. With the language barrier they acted on our behalf talking to the courier etc. We want to thank Sebastian and his co worker for all there help.

Good location for surrounding museums. Breakfast and staff excellent. The beds were comfortable

Loved the location and feel of the hotel. Rooftop overlooking the park and city for a sunset drink is perfect. My only critique albeit a small one is being required to go to reception to ask for a key to use gym and spa facilities felt unnecessary

After staying in quite a lot of scandanavian hotels with their laid back/self sufficient approach, it was lovely to stay in a full service truly 5 star hotel again. I had a deluxe room facing side street, the bathroom was gorgeously spacious with very large bath separate to shower. I paid to use the spa 750SEK for hotel guests . It had a lot of different experiences and was a lovely way to unwind. Dinner at matbaren which I managed to book only a few days in advance, food was lovely. Service...

Absolutely wonderful. Lovely room, comfortable bed, very easy walking to all the sights, great little brasserie in the hotel, lovely bar - and breakfast is fantastic.

top 5 best hotel gym of my life and quite possibly most comfortable hotel bed of my life. location is central but very tourist centric.
