Affordable, great panoramic view of the gulf of sorrento, great breakfast and friendly front staff. Rooms are a bit outdated but cozy. Located about a 10 minute drive to downtown Sorrento. Perfect location if you rent a car.

The hotel overall is very clean, and the staff are kind and helpful. We stayed at three hotels over the course of our Italy trip and this was our favorite one! It it was close to the center (about a 10 minute walk) without feeling like you’re in too crowded of an area. Bonus points for the pool and the excellent morning breakfast!

We stayed at this beautiful hotel. The staff had informed us of a coach company to book for our transfers prior to our stay. We arrive and the reception staff were amazing. They were friendly, professional and helped us navigate to local areas. The room was compact, but was very clean. Every day our beds were made and our pyjamas were folded. The restaurant staff were amazing, maria was fantastic. They welcomed us and made us feel really special. The food selection was amazing and the food was gorgeous, compliments to the chef. I would like to express my thanks for making our holiday an amazing experience.

We just left Alpha; we were able to find excellent dining options in and around the hotel and getting to Sorrento was easy and affordable by train, nearby. The staff at the front desk was very helpful helping with transport and activity recommendations. Rooms were clean and comfortable with spacious showers and some toilettries (not including hair conditioner or face cloth towels if you prefer these). The pool is mostly in the shade because of its location in the garden. Some evening entertainment (i.e. sax player performing in the courtyard and other things). Overall a very nice stay on our journey and we'd go back.

The hotel is very luxurious. The staff extremely friendly and accomodating. The breakfast room and buffet offerings outstanding. The rooftop Martini Bar is incredible. The gardens are spectacular. Laura, at the desk was warm, friendly and a great help to us generally and especially attentive when arranging transportation for us. All of the breakfast room attendents were very friendly and helpful, smiling and cordial. The location is grest and view from our balcony just amazing. A wonderfiul stay at this beautiful hotel!
