"Exhaust fan ran continuously while trying to sleep. Could not find how to turn on floor lamp. Temperature was set at 65 but was able to turn it off. Not easy to understand where to park. Needed to wander around past designated other parking spots. Could easily resolve that by a simple task."

"Great experience. Great for Bike Riders. Very accommodating. We rode the Palouse to Cascades trail from Cedar Falls to Cle Elum. After 50 miles of riding we were dusty and tired. They offered us rags to help clean our bikes. And they offered to drive us to the next town for dinner if we wanted (we opted to just order pizza and relax in the hot tub) -- they even let us use plates and utensils. In the morning we were having some issues with a tire, and they offered to drive us to the bike shop if we needed. They just go out of their way to be helpful. Great breakfast -- we loaded up before another long day of riding. Will definitely be back again (we have stayed 2 times previously."
