"We had a lovely stay in this home. We arrived on one of the hottest days of the year and the owner was incredibly responsive and made adjustments to the auto thermostat right away. In fact, communication throughout our stay was stellar. It is well located — close to coffee shops, grocery stores and easy access to the freeway for adventures, north and south. "
"House was listed as a 4 bedroom with office, in reality it’s a 3 bedroom with office. Was listed as 1 king bed in the master and 3 other bedrooms with queen beds. Reality one bedroom had 2 queens in it and the other was a single queen. Our group had to have someone sleep on an air mattress because there wasn’t enough beds. House was absolutely gross. Walking bare foot on the ground made our feet black with dirty, dead gnats& spider webs everywhere and nicotine seeping out of the crown molding in the bathrooms. Property managers number was wrong in the automatic messages through VRBO. Would not recommend staying here. "

"My friends and I (all moms and many of us are business owners) booked a one-night stay for a mom's night at this rental and had a great experience! I definitely recommend it! Our goal was to unwind with games and books and this was a lovely location to do so. Many of us agreed our favorite parts were enjoying the views on the deck with food and drinks and reading outside by the outdoor water feature. The history of the home is really cool, too, and Chris gave some us a thorough tour. Inside was comfortable and furnished well. The home offers lots of opportunity for fun and games, too (we happened to bring our own board games). Thanks, Chris, for the mom's getaway stay! "
