“I was charged two separate $250 fees for ‘smoking.’ I called at 11 a.m. to speak with the manager and was told he was on-site and would return my call. When I called back at 12, I was told he had gone to lunch. Around 1 p.m., I was told to call again around 4, but still received no response. When I called at 5, I was informed he wouldn’t be back until Monday. These unexpected charges left my account overdrawn, leaving me without money for gas or food. Being eight hours from home, I was forced to ask strangers at a truck stop for help feeding my family and getting gas just to make it home.

Good breakfast & spacious rooms

Hotel staff were very friendly, breakfast was good & different every day. The rooms were very spacious but it felt like they didn’t have their AC working in the lobby/breakfast area it was very hot. Also the hot tub in the pool area is out of service & random people came in from the back door that was left unlocked so felt very unsafe. The whole hotel only has one small elevator which is odd.

Large rooms, clean beds, good breakfast

The hotel was easily accessible from the highway. The beds and bathroom were clean and breakfast was great. A lot of variety and hot foods. The rooms have tile as you walk in but then transition to carpet and the carpets are very stained so they make the room look dirty. The carpets in the hallway also are very stained. Maybe replacing the carpets for tile in the future. Large rooms.
