Bei Ankunft schon die Ernüchterung, Nutzung des Wellnessbereichs gegen Voranmeldung. Bei der Beschreibung in Expedia war nur die Wellnessbehandlung (sprich hierunter fallen normal Massagen etc) angesprochen, was ja üblich ist. "The staff were super nice. The price included breakfast and free parking in their private lot in front or on left behind building. No AC, but it was pretty cold so no need, but clearly described on the listing. There were some rowdy patrons outside which I heard because I left window open and it does not bother me and I saw a rat across the street bullying or attacking another injured rat that scurried and dragged himself off, but some good food around the corner. I still felt safe walking at night for a late dinner. The room is basic with handsoap and toilet paper. Beds were ok in comfort. There is a closet, chairs, luckily no tubed shower where I can barely move. It is a wall covering so water does not splash and a huge tub. Breakfast had some yummy salad thingy that was to die for. Overall, if you are not boujee or expecting luxury. The room is great for the price paid in a safe area."

"This is a lovely boutique hotel with a great restaurant. Perhaps the best part was the considerate attention of the owner and the receptionist, Viktoria. They were so nice, making this a memorable experience. There are a lot of steps, but we were helped with our bags. Dinner in the restaurant was great and the only downside was that the cellar part of the restaurant was closed for the summer. We were taken down to see it, though, and it is really fabulous. Breakfast is included and eggs were made to order, besides other options. I wish we had planned for more time in Pilsen and if we make it back, we would definitely stay here again."

"Hotel was conveniently located to the best sites and things to do in Pilsen. Local restaurants offered delicious Czech cuisine and of course beers at good prices. The only issue we experienced was parking in the hotel garage upon our return on a Friday night. Limited number and narrow spaces added some frustration. Otherwise the staff and in house restaurant was great. Bountiful breakfast and large dinner portions were all welcome."

"Hotel still felt brand new like it did 13 years ago when I previously stayed here. Very clean, spacious & comfortable. Buffet breakfast was brilliant. The only negatives was the lack of any English language channels on the TV, and also there was no mention of my Expedia VIP reward by the staff. But all in all it’s a really great hotel."
