the room was dark and there was very little light as the windows are whited out. Room was large and bed was comfortable, but I wished there were more lights so it would have been brighter.Staff was good. Food was very good.

We had some issues with the toilet not working in one room and got switched easily to another room. Later that day, a dog next to the hotel was barking nonstop so we asked to change rooms again, and the staff accommodated our request without any issue. They were outstanding and I compliment them on handling situations that occur to customers.

Very nice hotel near Rupp arena. The staff was fantastic and could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. They really made the stay better. Rooms were large and comfortable. Gym was fine and had bikes, treadmills and free weights. Easy parking. Very good restaurant and delicious creative cocktails. Only negative was the bathrooms. They were very dated and very small. It wasn't a huge issue but was something that was noticeable.
