Probably the cleanest place to stay ever. Close to everything in town there is to see or do. Friendly hosts who also give you your privacy. Very large place, very cheap price for as nice as it is.

Our Lexington Home

Everytime my wife and I come to Lexington to watch the races at Keenland we try to stay here. Place is peaceful, quiet, and joyce is an the best host.

The location was perfect-- very nice neighborhood and close to Rupp Arena. The apartment was very clean and homey, and I hope to stay there again the next time we visit Lexington. The owner was precious, very helpful, and even left us chocolates to enjoy. I can't wait to return!

Host was very helpful in advance of stay with needed information. The unit was clean and stocked with all necessities. Very pleasant stay. Host also found a forgotten item and offered to mail it to me which was so delightful.

Lexington Stay...Great!

It was so nice to stay in a quiet neighborhood where you could walk out the door for a nice walk. This house was squeaky clean, comfortable, spacious, and had a well-equipped kitchen. The host provided added treats, candy, and popcorn, which were appreciated. I would highly recommend a stay at this house.

Convenient location and nice place

It's a basement apartment with a full kitchen, regular size fridge, large TV and comfortable seating. Bath has a shower, but no tub. I would stay there again.

Wonderful apartment in beautiful setting!

This perfectly lovely and large apartment was exactly what we needed for our stay! This place had everything we could possibly need and then some. The location felt very safe in a very nice neighborhood and was close to a lot of restaurants and stores and within minutes from downtown Lexington. Our host, Joyce was delightful and helpful and we hope to meet again some day!

Great Apartment

My stay was very nice. The apartment was very clean and had anything you would need in a home. Quite neighborhood with nice patio with swinging chair for laxing on a nice day. It was a pleasure to meet Joyce and Jodi, very nice people. I thank them for a great stay and look forward to returning in the future.
