- Newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms. Master bedroom, queen bed. Bedroom 2 and 3 have bunk beds full on top and queen on bottom. Full kitchen. Stove, microwave, fridge with ice maker. Keurig coffee maker. Washer and dryer. Dining room table seats 8. Bar area seats 4. Tv with play station. new covered Deck with new furniture. Gas grill. Fire pit. 4 adult bikes . No helmets. Shed with lots of beach toys. Swings,hammock. Linens and towels are included. Dishes and cooking supplies included. Only 3/4 of a mile from the public beach and downtown Lexington. Wi-Fi. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Air conditioning. Corn hole game. Starting in 2023 there will be a $100 cleaning fee.
