  • Newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms. Master bedroom, queen bed. Bedroom 2 and 3 have bunk beds full on top and queen on bottom. Full kitchen. Stove, microwave, fridge with ice maker. Keurig coffee maker. Washer and dryer. Dining room table seats 8. Bar area seats 4. Tv with play station. new covered Deck with new furniture. Gas grill. Fire pit. 4 adult bikes . No helmets. Shed with lots of beach toys. Swings,hammock. Linens and towels are included. Dishes and cooking supplies included. Only 3/4 of a mile from the public beach and downtown Lexington. Wi-Fi. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Air conditioning. Corn hole game. Starting in 2023 there will be a $100 cleaning fee.

This place was amazing! Such a beautiful place that was well stocked with supplies and fun stuff for the kids to do. We would definitely visit this home again. Very close to downtown also and in a nice secluded area.

We stayed for a family wedding nearby. The property had many things to do for kids like swings, bikes, corn hole, campfire! It was very clean, which is always important to us. The owner was very nice, communicated quickly if needed, and was accommodating! I would visit again!

The property was beautiful on a dead end street. Completely updated home with two full bathrooms extremely clean. Everything was great. Backyard was perfect for my kids. Fire pit was also a great amenity to have. My kids loved having their own bedroom and playing in the backyard.

Great time in the Thumb

All of our children and grandchildren joined us for family time. Our family has a great love for Michigan and Lake Huron. We gather from Florida, Boston and Kansas. The house was beautiful and perfect for our group. Rick was wonderful and helped return lost glasses. Hope to visit again.

A group of us were in Lexington for a friends wedding. The place was close to town and large enough for the 5 of us! It was clean and had everything we needed. The owner was great to work with and we all had a great time! If ever I needed to stay in Lexington again I would stay again! Thank you!

This house is insanely close to town. We were very impressed by the cleanliness and thought that went into the house. This was our first vacation as a family of four so my husband and I were already a little apprehensive, but the house made traveling with 2 small children so much easier! Great communication as well.

Very cute little house that came with everything you need and then some. Location was perfect and would totally recommend. Host was in contact with me from the start...which was very nice. Did not have a chance to ride the bikes because the weather was not great but still managed to have a great time.

Exceeded our expectations!

We rented this house for my son’s wedding. It looked great online and even better in person! The house was beautiful, comfortable and well equipped with more than enough of everything to make our stay enjoyable. The house is neat, clean and well kept. It is at the end of a dead-end street and is super quiet. We didn’t even have a chance to enjoy the back yard, deck or grill, but it was all available. We would definitely stay here again. Definitely 5 Stars in all categories!!
