The hotel is under a MAJOR renovation with so much noise, and dirt. The water was shut off for four hours in the middle of the day at one point and guests were warned but not provided ny drinking water. The gym was only open for four hours in the late evening and the restaurant had four items. Despite these things that made my stay challenging and uncomfortable, the staff were clearly doing their best and were understanding and helpful. Breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. I think guests should be warned in advance about the renovation Z

We received a notice about the construction AFTER we made the reservation, not before. There was NO hot water. Marty the staff member was outstanding, but management still has not comp'd our evening's stay.

Location is great Rooms are nice Breakfast is fabulous and staff is very friendly The only problem we’ve experienced in our 3 stays was parking while a conference was in the building. Every spot was double parked and when we asked we were told to find someplace in the grass and that we would have to go out after the conference to move into a proper spot AND still had to pay the parking fee. The desk employee was unsympathetic and borderline rude. The rest of the time at this property has been great and we will return hoping this was and outlier and that southern hospitality will be back
