We stay at this property cuouple times every 9 months... Sadly this trip was somewhat of a let-down for us even after property upgrades of resent times... Simple repairable-fixable things were not maintained since last stay, same room.. Alarm clock didn't work, the standing room lamp didn't work, bathroom electrical oulet 1/2 plug didn't work, no hair dryer this time, a few bathroom tiles not attached nor glued, tub stopper missing, & bedsite light & charger ports were dead & lastly... TV had vertical lines at startup... So we don't ask for much, but no lights don't cut it & the wife wasn't with no tub plug & having to wad up a wash rag.. What are we paying $115.00 bucks a nite for..??? This was a 39.95 stay... Sadly Sad Sad.. Will state peple staff are the best & breakfast lady was a peach...!!! Very happy they had two (2) working ice machines at leasy this trip 1st & 2nd floor... Will give it 1 more experience chance, after that, if no changes, it's back to Danville, KY options.. TY

We did not partake of the breakfast...we are not breakfast eaters. Not sure how rooms are cleaned. Spill marks on bed base, shower floor could use a brush and bleach. Looked like mold at top of shower on wallpaper. Grout by shower could use the same treatment. The part of our stay that was really disturbing was after midnight when trying to sleep for long drive home. Desk manager knocked on room next door. Instead of taking problem to lobby to discuss, they in their deep man voices proceeded to discuss problem and other things in hall. Finally at 2:30 am after several attempts to get to sleep, we packed up and left.

There was an odd smell in our room. It looked like the property was newer overall so was surprised that the room smelled like that. The tv was also weird - had to have deal staff come to the room and show us how to even turn it on. Breakfast selection was not very good at all.

First room I was put in on second floor was either already occupied or hadn’t been cleaned so was put in another room on main floor. Could not get curtains to stay completely closed without a gap that someone could see through from outside. There are hooks or something missing causing the curtains to hang uneven which caused the gap. Asked for something to pin closed but desk clerk couldn’t find anything. So after room number 3…I finally got to settle down.

We originally had a handicap room, but thankfully they were able to move us to another one. Really I would have given 5 stars, but they really need to fix their WIFI long in page. All the needed information is in white and the background is also white. When you have white on white it makes it very difficult to see what you need to do to log on. Everything else was fine, but that problem really needs to be fixed.

Cleaning staff was nice and polite but the woman at the desk were not very friendly and honestly seemed perturbed when asked to even come to the desk. Breakfast was horrible!! Not much to do at the hotel. But I think the thing that got the me the most was the blood on my bedding. Which I didn’t see until checking out because on the side of comforter facing the bed. Disgusting.

Bathroom light above sink was burned out, entire face of air conditioning unit was falling off, spot about the size of a basketball on the floor was extremely sticky, breakfast was sub par and cold. Mother stayed here as well and had the privacy curtain in her window falling off, and the sheer curtain had a huge hole in it. When she informed the staff, they just shrugged.

The value was good especially for that weekend! The bathroom needs attention. The wall paper was torn, ripped and stained. Something was on the wall and it looked like it was pulled off leaving holes in the wall. The caulking around the walk in shower was moldy. The room itself was nice with clean, comfortable sheets. I probably would not choose to stay there again.
