"Very, very clean house with everything you need to cook including a Thermador stove. Restaurants are steps away and include Sushi, Pizza, Greek and Bar food. Beds are very comfortable and bedding is lovely patterns. Dog friendly home with fenced in yard in back. Close to VMI and Washington and Lee universities."

"This by far was one of the best homes my family and friends have had the pleasure of staying. When we first walked in, we were welcomed by such a beautiful smell. We felt an abundance of warmth walking throughout the home. We were all overjoyed to stay in such a lovely home and plan to book again! Leigh you have a beautiful home. "The old farm house was perfect for our two families. It was right off the highway so it was great for getting to and from Lexington for our kids races. The beds are very comfy and you have everything there to prepare meals. We stayed during winter so like most old houses there were quite a few lady bugs in the kitchen and bathrooms. There is only one shower so getting cleaned up each night after racing took some time but overall it was a great place to stay"

"Stayed for a weekend while visiting friends in Lexington. The host, Charles, was incredibly nice and helpful, and the Schoolhouse is cute with an interesting history. Convenient to Lexington and 1 mile away from Lexington Valley Winery. Schoolhouse was clean, spacious, private, with huge yard and river running next to it."

"We enjoyed our time at this home in Hot Springs. The home is clean and the kitchen well stocked. The location is very close to town and easy to get to. The neighborhood is quiet and the view lovely. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions."

"We loved our stay over Mother’s Day weekend. The house is very comfortable and has a great front porch and lawn. The creek was lots of fun for our kids as well. Everything inside was well maintained. We didn’t use the back house at all but did check it out. Everything is close in Warm Springs so this place made the weekend very easy. I can’t imagine why staying at the Homestead would be better, at least with our young kids. We will visit again."

"Our stay at the Maury House was exceptional. Thehost was accommodating ( we arrived an hour early) and available. The host responded to my questions immediately. The house is beautiful, well appointed, and had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. There were seven in my group and the house could have held many more a d be very comfortable. Highly recommend! . .."
