Second time staying there, looking forward to our third

Great location within walking distance to Buckingham palace, Royal Mews, Big Ben and Westminster Abbey. Great restaurants near by and a self serve market for sandwich and drinks across the street. Clean rooms, great showers and quiet.

This hotel is extremely conveniently located right at Charing Cross Station and walkable to the National Gallery, Coventry Garden and the Theater District. We happened to be there during a heat wave and the hotel was wonderfully cool. The cleaning staff was very good and they had wonderful amenities for free in the room -crisps, cookies, popcorn and water, tea and coffee. We had lunch in the restaurant and it was very pleasant and delicious. There is also a very pleasant coffee shop serving Starbucks and delicious danish. The only oddity of the hotel is having to go up one floor from the entrance, cross a bridge and then down 1-2 floors to the rooms. It was overall a very pleasant stay that I can highly recommend.

The staff were excellent and were always available and the cleanliness was first class. The room was quite a good size and the bed super comfortable . The modern bathroom and shower were great and the breakfast was beautiful.

A/C was great in the 94 degree heat! Being next to Victoria Station was a big advantage and the staff were very gracious with every encounter.
