Property overall looks clean. I was given accessible room and that was not great for my stay. For the sofa bed we had to go ask for blankets and sheets and not provided at check in. Bathroom could be cleaner. Water from shower and flowing towards the toilet and there were floor mats/towels when stepping out of the shower. Breakfast looked great although I did not eat.

We were only there for 2 nights. But would definitely recommend based on our experience there!! Alex; the desk clerk; was outstanding!! He went above and beyond when asked a simple question! He was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and professional. Thank you Alex. You should be commended. The facility itself was spacious & clean with a very comfortable bed!! Was close enough to walk to numerous eateries. Though I didn't use it this time out; the fitness room appeared to be quite adequate.

The service was great. The hotel was clean, the employees were polite and helpful. The breakfast was very nice. And things were within great driving distance, but u definitely need a car, there is nothing walking distance.

We have stayed here before. It is very convenient and easy to get to and park. The rooms are bright and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Beds and pillow are comfortable.

Rooms are cleaned every other day of your stay. We can always get you clean towels.

Functionality of the room was poor. Shower functions did not work. Tv did not work as it should. Room wis designated as accessible, it was not seeing how it had a tub instead of a walk in shower. Handicapped door opener did not work and was very heavy to operate.

Great hotel
This is one of my favorite hotels and I stay in this area at least once a month to visit my grandchildren. The only problem I had this time which hasn’t happened before was I hurt myself trying to hold open my door to my room it was very heavy so I guess the door closer was too tight and with the foot already being heavy it made it worse. It was room 309 . I managed to make it and totally forgot to report it as I stayed pretty busy and never remembered when I walked by the front desk.
