"Initial disappointments were very unkept yard, home did not have operational conditioning and not great neighborhood to find out not terrible neighborhood for Buffalo I'm not from there. Described in listening as " Modern and Stylish " it did have some finishes that could be described as modern but the property is im guessing a 1940's building with some charm but definitely does not fit what i call "Modern".. Heavy photography filters on pictures on listing making it appear new or Modern but...

House is pretty creaky, but we expected it given the age of the house, just felt a little bad for the people below us when we were walking around. "Annual girls trip to Niagara/Buffalo for D'Youville grad. Everything was clean and well-appointed. Host was easy to contact for a question. Located cross from beautiful historic high school and close to Elmwood shopping and restaurants. Past stays have been at the Embassy Suites and this was a much better value."

"What a wonderful little place to stay while visiting Niagara Falls! It was a beautiful little apartment that was perfect for my service dog and I. It was less than a 5minute drive to the attractions. Plus, there was a beautiful dog park very close. The WiFi information was wrong, but the owner fixed that right away! "On Monday before heading out for our trip on Tuesday, I received a call from the property owner letting us know that he would like to move us from this property (that I had reserved) to the property on Orchard Parkway. He had discovered that the hot water heater had gone out and he didn't think he had enough time to get it repaired before we arrived the next day. "My husband and I were in town for a wedding. Carriage house was absolutely perfect for us! Very walkable to many shops, restaurants, and the river. Kitchen was well stocked with all the basic amenities. Behalf bathroom was such a nice bonus. Home is historic and The property is Very nice with lots of seating areas outside.
