"We have stayed at this lake home several times and wouldn't stay anywhere else. The steps to the dock are minimal, which you don't find at Lake Malone. Being within walking distance to the marina is a bonus. Having the bedroom and space downstairs worked out great when our son joined us for a few days. Couldn't ask for a better location and layout. Communication with host was great!"

"Had a great time at maya 2. Loved the layout with the master bedroom being separated from the others. Offered enough privacy for us and our friends. The covered porch was great and where we spent most of our time. I would recommend a ceiling fan though. Tv was easy to figure out and we enjoyed a couple of movies. There’s not an ice maker so stop at Wayne’s and grab a bag. Overall a great relaxing week.♥️"

"Check in was courteous. Have to pay ten dollars for parking which is insane. Breakfast you have to pay for. 15.95 buffet for breakfast and 16.95 for dinner buffet."

"This place is very unique. Amongst a small community yet very private.. Once you arrive you'll understand. It's a 5 minute walk to a good home style restaurant right on the lake. Inside is very clean, spacious and modern. I have no complaints and found the property management to be very professional, prompt and fair."

"Our experience exceeded my expectations. We chose the location for a family gathering for my mom and her two remaining siblings who are all in their eighties. The purpose of our stay was to relax and share childhood memories. The cabin was very cute and clean. In my opinion, it was nicer than the pictures. The view from the boat dock was definitely worth the hike - it was a great place to relax. There were no steps into the cabin which made it very accommodating for my relatives with challenges climbing steps. The five of us adults stayed very comfortable during our three days. I spent most of my time relaxing on the porch swing sipping sweet tea. The host was very helpful and accommodating as well. She was very responsive to our needs and our questions. I would definitely stay here again!"
